The Blue Margouillat is a 14 bedroom hotel and restaurant, a subtle balance
between
pure colonial style, dark mahogany, creamy beige linen, and large canvases
of modern
Art.
The hotel is a cosy and peaceful Creole mansion, over the Indian Ocean’s
immensity and under its refreshing “Alizés”, entirely
organised for rest, serenity and pleasure of the five senses.
It is also a modern art gallery, presenting abstract painting, sculptures
and potteries from local and European artists.
A cocoon where Frédéric KUHRY and his team are receiving
the clients more like
“VIP” friends than standard customers. |

Smart Art hotel of 14 guestrooms dominating Saint-Leu’s
Bay and the Indian Ocean
on the island’s west coast, situated in a quiet residential area,
300 meters from the
lagoon.
Very close to sport centres (golf, diving, paragliding…) and cultural
centres (botanic
gardens, coral farm, Stella Matutina museum…).
Bedrooms :
The hotel offers 12 guestrooms (20m²), all with balcony or private
veranda, panoramic
view on the Indian Ocean and access to the swimming-pool, as two Suites
(50m²) on
independent bungalow
The Suite is isolated in a garden facing the lagoon. In addition to previous
services, it
also has a large bedroom and a courtesy living room opened on its own
sea view
veranda.
A guestroom is available for handicapped persons.
Each of our unsoundly rooms have air-conditioning, bath and separated
toilets, hairdryer,
Flat LCD TV with satellite, direct phone line and internet WiFi.
They are equipped with excellent king size beds, and are all differently
designed on
their own style and decoration.
Safety box, fax machine and business center are available at the front
desk, baby-sitter
as pressing services can also be provided.
Room service from 07.00 a.m. until 11.00 p.m.

| Restaurant :
For those who would like to have a snack, we suggest you “la carte
des Goûters”
which offers you a wide range of patisserie available from 3pm to 6pm.
At sunset, our Chef “Marc CHAPPOT” proposes his “Bouchées
du Chef”, small
appetizers served with your cocktail in prelude to the meal, in front
of Saint-Leu’s
Bay.

| Then you will be served a gastronomic dinner by candle
light in the long cool sweep of
veranda or beside the swimming pool.
Three wine lists (“Classiques”, “Exceptions” and
“Good Hope” of the Blue
Margouillat) as a champagne list (“Bulles” of the Blue Margouillat
) will successfully
agreement your meal.
For those who worry about alcohol abuses, we also propose our “No-A”
list (Original
cocktails of fresh fruits, tonic, vegetables and vitamins). |
Leisure :
For a complete well-being, the hotel proposes its “Zen Moments”
(massages) provided
directly in your room by professionals, as free leisure (swimming pool,
simple diving
material, library, permanent and temporary exhibitions of contemporary
Art) and
organization of different leisure with participation (excursions, trekking,
helicopter
rental, diving, 18-holes golf, paragliding, sea fishing, surf, horse
ridding…)
