Located on the edge of the tranquil Caribbean Sea, only one mile south of the Capital city, Roseau, Is The Anchorage, Whale Watch & Dive Centre 7 Dominica Tours offering a range of services to yachts in Dominica since 1972.

The Anchorage Hotel offers 32 air conditioned en-suite bedrooms, comfortably furnished with island-style décor, direct dial telephones, high speed internet and Cable TV.

The natural Loubiere bay, allows safe harbour for Yachts of any size where moorings are available only a short dinghy’s ride away from the Anchorage Hotel. At this oasis of relaxing comfort - your ‘home’ away from home we welcome you to experience our many in-house activities. Our Executive Chef “Floyd Bell’s Creative Creations” are served every evening at dinner from 5.30pm – 9:30pm where you will enjoy authentic Dominican style signature dishes as well as our a la carte menu available all day at the Ocean Terrace restaurant or relax in our Carib Bar & Poolside Lounge sipping our famous “Laro’s Anchorage Rum Punch”.

Join us for the daily Sunset Happy Hour from 5:30pm to 7.30pm, just in time to sit and enjoy the sunset over the warm tranquil Caribbean sea, where many of our drinks and cocktails are on special.

Our Thursday poolside Bar-B-Q Buffet from 7:00pm and Friday’s Fish Lime” from 5:30 delivers mouth-watering selections grilled fish, steamed fish, fish broth and fish water, all served with a side of local provision chips. Lie in late on a Sunday with the confidence of knowing that our Sunday Breakfast is served till noon.

The Anchorage is home of Dominica Tours, ‘the Nature Island’s Experience Coordinators’, which offers a wide array of land excursions such as Bird Watching, Hiking, Heritage and Cultural tours to complete your Dominican experience.
For the divers and snorkelers among you special rates apply and departs daily at 8:30am. All equipment can be rented at our in-house dive shop, classes from Open water to Rescue Diver and specialty courses are also on offer. We are here to welcome you “home” with a smile.
